Marinated Flank Steak Recipe

This marinated flank steak recipe is great for tacos and fajitas. Very easy to prepare and only a short time to cook on the grill, tastes delicious.

This Recipe: 6 Servings, 10 minutes to cook, Prepare time 15 minutes, 6 hours marinate

Ingredients

1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 1/2 pounds flank steak

Directions

  1. In a medium sized bowl, mix all of the marinate ingredients together, the oil, soy sauce, mustard, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, ground black pepper and garlic. Put the meat in a shallow glass dish. Pour marinade over the steak, turning and massaging the meat to coat thoroughly. Cover the dish, and refrigerate for about 6 hours.
  2. Preheat your grill for medium-high.
  3. Oil your grill and place steaks on the grill. Discard the left over marinade. Grill meat for 5 minutes per side, or to desired doneness.
